What is the Difference between your bubble wall fountains and others I have seen around the web?
- From the premium materials we use to the unique designs of our bubble walls the differences are many. However most importantly, unlike many Chinese-imported fountains (which are not serviceable) our bubble wall fountains are made with 100% serviceable and/or replaceable parts for years of enjoyment. We carry all of the parts for our line of bubble walls here on this site. We are also here for you with our online and phone support should you have any questions or concerns.
After I place my order, how long will my bubble wall take to ship?
- Generally, we ship our stock ordered bubble walls within approximately 5 business days lead time, if your order requires further time, we will contact you immediately. For detailed information on how we ship bubble walls see our Shipping Our Bubble Walls Page.
What is the return or warranty policy on the bubble wall fountains?

Returns and exchange details
Communications are required within 15 days of confirmed package delivery for returns to be considered. If you're not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back the art within 30 days of the date received for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling.
We ask that the returned artwork is packaged with the original packing materials and received in original condition. Items returned in unusable condition will be subject to a restocking fee or refused.
The return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and the original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please feel free to contact us for return authorization.
We advise to insure and ask for signature confirmation as well as keeping a copy of your tracking number.

SHIPMENT DAMAGE: It is highly unlikely for artwork to receive shipment damage due to the secure and professional packaging. In a case of rare shipment damage, document any package damage with the carrier upon receipt of the delivery. Contact us at Dv8 Studio immediately to report any damage to the artwork. We work directly with the carrier to resolve any damage to the art or other contents. It is best to take photos of the artwork damage and send to us along with a clear description of the artwork condition.
Does a bubble wall require any special electrical or water line connections?
- No, all of our bubble wall indoor fountain units are self contained, and require only a outlet to plug the components into (we always recommend a GFCI outlet be used for any fountains). A small amount of water is added to the top off the tank occasionally.
How much water do the bubble wall fountains hold?
- That depends on the size of the panel - our four foot units about two gallons.
Can you just use tap water to fill the bubble tank?
- It is recommended to only use distilled water in your bubble wall, tap water contains impurities and deposits that will discolor, stain, and even damage your bubble wall
Are the bubble walls heavy?
- Not very heavy, a full four foot tank only weighs about 25lbs full of water
Can I change the color of the lighting installed on my bubble wall?
- Yes, in fact you can change it to thousands of colors at the touch of a button on the included wireless remote control!
Is there any assembly required?
- Assembly is very simple and takes only a few minutes - you can contact us anytime with questions
Can the bubble wall tank shatter like glass if damaged?
- No, we use high impact shatter resistant acrylic panels - they are extremely flexible and rugged
Do you carry replacement parts for your bubble wall fountains?
- Yes, we carry all parts associated with our products and can be ordered directly through us.
