1. Offer new products or services. Spend time conducting market research, and find out what type of services your clients really want. You may find that you need to add a masseuse, an esthetician, or even a new product line in order to keep up with your competition.
  2. Reward your staff for their great performance. When customers come into your salon, your staff’s behavior could either make or break the experience for your customer. The better they feel at work, the better your clients will feel. Flexible scheduling is important, as well as competitive pay and benefits.
  3. Find out who your clients are, identify their niche, and market to them. It could be that they are into organic products, or enjoy a Zen feel when they step into a salon. If that is the case, you may want to consider adding a bubble wall to your salon. Our 500WM is a wall-mounted water bubble panel that would the perfect, eye-catching update for your salon, and would definitely bring more than enough Zen to the space.
